Aldo Borgonzoni Archive and Study Centre

With the aid of eminent critics, the Aldo Borgonzoni Archive and Study Centre, founded by Alfonsina and Giambattista Borgonzoni, spreads knowledge about the Maestro's artistic activity.
With this aim in mind, copies of documents and photographs with the most important twentieth-century exponents of Italian culture and politics, together with articles from the 1930s to the 1990s, are rendered available to historiographical researchers and the media.
The Aldo Borgonzoni Archive and Study Centre seeks out, and keeps in its archives, unpublished documentation about the Maestro and authenticates collectors' works to be included in the volume "Opera Omnia", while maintaining the right to choose further works for thematic monographs on the different pictorial cycles.
The Aldo Borgonzoni Archive and Study Centre promotes and coordinates, with institutes and art galleries, exhibitions of the Maestro's work, as was already the case in the mid '90s of "The Second Vatican Council" in Bologna and of "Aldo Borgonzoni's Expressionist Naturalism" in Faenza.
Finally, the Aldo Borgonzoni Archive and Study Centre establishes contacts among collectors for the sale of works and guarantees their authenticity.
